Because any accidental damage, such as breakage, chips, and cracks, that occurs during delivery would result in a replacement request and a subsequent loss for us, your order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded as per our normal process.
Alternatively, to accommodate the special needs of our customers, we can arrange the delivery of your order if you agree to waive any claims for damages such as breakage, cracks, or chips that may accidentally occur during delivery. Please let us know your decision.
If we do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled, and the payment will be refunded, you will receive the refund within 5-7 working days as per Shopify's process.
