Like other paving stone companies, we use a third-party pallet delivery network to fulfil our orders. Once a delivery order is booked into their system and the pallet company collects the goods, the entire delivery process is managed by them, and we no longer have control over the shipment. It's much like sending a letter — once it's posted, you cannot control when Royal Mail will deliver it.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is exactly that — an estimate. It is not a guarantee, as the delivery company does not provide us with any fixed delivery commitments either.
Due to varying workloads at different depots and across their network, delivery times may fluctuate — sometimes arriving sooner, sometimes taking longer. Based on our past experience, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 working days, but in some cases, it may exceed this timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.
Generally, areas without a delivery surcharge tend to receive quicker deliveries. In contrast, for locations where a surcharge applies, delivery may take longer.
Please kindly note that during the peak season (March to September), delivery times are generally longer due to high demand in paving industry. In the off-season (October to February), deliveries tend to be quicker — weather permitting.
All of the above is based on paving industry experience, and we kindly ask that you do not book any builder until the products have been delivered, as we are unable to offer any delivery time guarantees.
